We will visit the Museum of the Surrender, dedicated to a forgotten part of history.
If the date of May 8, 1945 marks for everyone the official end of the Second World War, the German capitulation was signed in Reims on May 7, 1945. Then we will visit the Porte de Mars, an impressive monumental triumphal arch from the Roman era.
The visit to Reims Cathedral, the place where the kings of France were crowned, is a must. Lunch and visit to a cellar in Épernay.
